Soigneur

For endurance athletes and their coaches

The training week, the workout log and the race-day plan — in one place

A soigneur is the person on a cycling team who looks after the riders: feeds them, rubs their legs, and makes sure they get to the start line in one piece. That is the job this app is trying to do.

How it works

  1. 01

    Plan the week

Coaches build the week from reusable templates. Athletes see it as an agenda or a seven-day grid, and tick sessions off as they go.

  2. 02

    Log what actually happened

Sessions sync in from Strava, or get logged by hand. Planned and completed sit side by side, so nobody has to guess.

  3. 03

    Show up fuelled

Build a race fuel plan from the event and your past efforts — carbs per hour, a pack list, and a card for the day itself.

Why this one

Built around the coach relationship

Most training apps treat the coach as an afterthought. Here the invite, the roster, the weekly note and the plan all assume two people are involved.

Honest about the numbers

Completion rate, session counts and minutes trained — not a fitness score with a made-up unit. If the work is not getting done, you will see it.

Fuelling is a first-class feature

The plan your coach can actually read and comment on, rather than a note on your phone the night before.
