Soigneur

Cookie policy

Last updated 1 August 2026

Draft — not yet reviewed. This wording is a structural first pass written alongside the site build. It must be reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch: Soigneur processes special-category health data, which makes a template policy a genuine liability rather than a formality.

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Under EU rules we need your consent for any cookie that is not strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for — which includes analytics, not just advertising.

What we set

Strictly necessary — no consent required

  • Session cookie (app.soigneurapp.com). Keeps you logged in. Without it, every page would ask you to sign in again. Expires when your session ends.
  • Consent record (soigneurapp.com). Remembers what you chose on the banner, so we do not ask again on every page.

Analytics — only with your consent

We want to know which pages people find useful. The tool has not been chosen yet — this section will name it, and the exact cookies it sets, before any analytics goes live. Until then, no analytics cookies are set.

Advertising

None. We do not run ads and we do not embed advertising trackers.

Third parties

Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages for fraud prevention when you pay. That happens on Stripe's domain and is covered by Stripe's own policy.

Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also clear cookies in your browser, though clearing the session cookie will log you out.
