For athletes
Everything for the block you are in, and the race at the end of it
Training apps are usually either a logbook or a plan. Soigneur is both, plus the person writing the plan.
Your week, not a wall of text
The training plan your coach assigns, as an agenda or a seven-day grid. Mark a session done or skipped and it stays that way — it is saved server-side, not lost on reload.
A workout log that is actually yours
Log by hand, or let Strava push activities in automatically. Duration, distance, average heart rate, notes. Pace is derived rather than stored, so it cannot drift out of step with the numbers it came from.
Are you doing the work?
Sessions completed against sessions planned, over four, eight or twelve weeks. Counts and minutes, not a fitness score with an invented unit.
Race fuel plans
Build a plan for an event from its distance and your past efforts: carbs per hour, a timeline, a pack list, and a card for the day itself. Your coach can see it and comment before the start, not after.
Your coach, in the same place
Invite a coach by email and choose which sports they look after. Their weekly note sits with the week it is about. Remove them and the access is genuinely revoked, everywhere.
Events
Find events, RSVP, and see the next one on your dashboard alongside how training has been going.
Training without a coach? That works too — you can log, track and fuel on your own, and invite someone later.
